The tip uses an SG-T hybrid construction, blending Super Glass with Intermediate Modulus carbon to act as a visual amplifier, so rattles, pulls and slack-line bites register clearly. Graphex graphene technology keeps the blank light and responsive, helping it recover instantly from a cast. Despite a slim 21.5mm butt diameter, the butt section uses Century's phased composite taper, making the rod easy to load over long sessions.
