The Century Tip Tornado Graphex Super Match is a 13ft 6in (4.10m) shore rod rated for casting 4 to 7oz (125 to 200gm). Built on a Graphex blank that combines Century's resin matrix with graphene, it is designed as an all-rounder for the beaches and mixed ground that make up most of the UK coastline, covering close, medium and long range over light, heavy, mixed or smooth ground. The blank's carbon construction delivers strong casting and fishing characteristics, while the SG-T tip provides subline bite detection. It suits winter codling and summer hounds, and remains enjoyable for smaller species such as flatties, bream and whiting. Graphex technology is a bespoke combination of the resin matrix and graphene, developed to benefit durability, distance, tracking, sensitivity, dampening recovery to neutral and weight saving. This third generation of Tip Tornado Graphex rods draws on the best of the past while adding benefits from advances in manufacturing and material technology.
