TackleWow is a price comparison service. We show prices, stock, and product information gathered from third-party fishing tackle retailers. We are not the seller of any product listed on the site, we do not process payments, and we do not take title to any goods.

Clicking through to buy takes you to the retailer's own website, and any purchase forms a contract between you and that retailer, under that retailer's own terms, prices, and delivery and returns policies, not ours.

We work to keep prices, stock, and product details up to date, but retailers change these constantly and we can't guarantee everything shown is current at the moment you click through. Always check the final price, stock, and details on the retailer's own site before you buy.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything done under your account. Let us know straight away at hello@tacklewow.co.uk if you think someone else has access to it.

The TackleWow name, logo, and site design belong to us. Product names, images, and descriptions belong to the relevant brand or retailer.

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from a purchase made with a retailer, from prices or stock information being out of date, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated date, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
