The Akios Orion LD is a left-handed lever drag boat multiplier built for serious boat anglers. It is a medium-sized reel with a powerful drag system designed to stop large fish, and it also suits fast-running light fish on light tackle. Despite its brute strength, it retains the finesse associated with Akios reels. The side plates and cage are precision CNC machined from a solid piece of aluminium. The formidable lever drag system delivers extreme stopping power and includes a quick set "STRIKE" position. The EVA ball grip is comfortable in the hand and allows maximum power transfer through the handle, which can be set in two positions: high torque for hauling big fish up from the depths, and ultra-high torque for optimal winching power.
