The NuFish Affinium 11ft Float Rod is a versatile all-rounder aimed at the modern commercial match angler. Built on a high-grade 2-piece blank with a precision spigot joint, it offers a seamless transition of power. The rod features a progressive through-action that stays soft enough to prevent hook pulls on F1s and silvers, while retaining a hidden power reserve in the butt section to handle hard-fighting double-figure carp. Whether flicking a light insert waggler into a tight margin or launching a heavy 12g pellet waggler 35 metres into a headwind, the Affinium delivers a crisp, responsive strike. The 11ft length suits frequent casting and rapid response when targeting carp in the upper layers, while the forgiving action works well with light hooklinks and small hooks for skimmers and winter F1s. It is also ideal for commercial lakes where a 12ft or 13ft rod is too cumbersome under overhanging trees or in narrow bays, and it handles distances from short-range mugging to punching floats 30m and beyond.
