Akios Airspeed 435 MKII Continental Rod Black Edition

Description

The Akios Airspeed 435 MKII Continental Rod Black Edition is an updated version of the original Airspeed, which proved popular with both recreational and match anglers since its 2017 release thanks to its casting performance and sensitive tip. This new Black Edition features an all-black livery with silver and gold trim and subtle decals. Built from a new grade of nano-carbon material for improved strength, the rod includes a Spyrowrap butt section for added power. It delivers strong casting performance with a straightforward overhead thump, while the hybrid tip offers the sensitivity needed to register the shyest of bites. The rod is aimed at serious anglers and is designed to send baits further and cover more ground from the beach. - Nano-Carbon Blank Construction for Exceptional Strength and Casting Performance - Spyrowrap Reinforced Hybrid Power - Hybrid Tip for Superior Bite Registration - Fuji Anti-Tangle Alconite KWAG Guides - Fuji DPS Screw Lock Reel Seat - Ergonomic EVA Shaped Casting Rear Grip - Metal Band Reinforced Spigots for Additional Joint Strength - Sure-Grip System (SGS) to Aid Rod Dismantling - Supplied with a Padded Cloth Rod Bag - Rod Length: 4.35m / 14.5ft - Butt Diameter: 22.5mm - Weight: 620g - Casting Weight: 112-220g
