This combination is designed to push performance beyond previous Infinity models, with field testing showing distance gains of over 10% on some models while retaining the casting accuracy the range is known for. With over 30 years of Made in the UK pedigree behind the Infinity mark, these rods are engineered as fishing tools first, offering a range of lengths and test curves to suit different waters and casting demands. The range opens with two 10' editions in 3.0lb and 3.5lb test curves, capable of reaching around 130 yards, though baits may often be dropped by boat at these distances. At 12', three options are available: the 3.25lb suits most waters and can reach 175 yards if needed; the 3.5lb offers versatility with a slightly higher loading point; and the 3.75lb, which hit just under 200 yards in testing, combines distance with fish-playing versatility that could make it the only rod a carp angler needs. For those preferring a longer rod, two 13' models are offered: the 3.75lb is designed to touch the 200-yard mark in the right hands, while the 4.0lb edition regularly pushed the marker beyond 200 yards while still playing big fish with responsiveness and feel. For spodding and marker work at range, the 12' and 13' SPDM editions feature 4.5lb and 5.0lb test curves. Both can hit 200 yards, with the largest model surpassing that distance in testing.
