PENN Battle II Longcast 7000

Description

The PENN Battle II Longcast 7000 is a front drag sea fishing reel built for anglers who need long casting distances and dependable performance under load. Its Full Metal Body construction keeps the internal gearing in precise alignment even when the reel is worked hard, while the Longcast spool and slow oscillation system combine to give good line lay and extended casting range. The HT-100 Versa Drag system provides smooth, consistent drag pressure, and the Techno-Balanced rotor contributes to even, judder-free retrieves. A 5 plus 1 shielded stainless steel ball bearing setup plus an Instant Anti-Reverse bearing keeps the handle feeling solid and the hookset immediate. The heavy-duty aluminium bail wire, Superline Spool and line capacity rings round out the build, and the reel is supplied with a braid spool and rotor brake. A Liveliner function is also included for bait fishing situations where a free-running line is useful. - Drag Type: Front Drag - Gear Ratio: 4.7:1 - Bearing Count: 6 - Max Drag: 30lb / 13.6kg - Mono Capacity yd/lb: 480/12 - Mono Capacity m/mm: 440/0.44 - Retrieve Rate: 108cm - HT-100 Versa Drag system - Techno-Balanced rotor gives smooth retrieves - 5 plus 1 shielded stainless steel ball bearings - Instant Anti-Reverse bearing - Heavy-duty aluminum bail wire - Superline Spool - Line Capacity Rings - Including braid spool / Rotor brake - Liveliner function - Slow oscillation
