Daiwa Longbow X45 Floater Rod

Description

The Daiwa Longbow X45 Floater rods are designed and built in the UK, using a redesigned blank and the high-end materials and technology found across Daiwa's top-end rod range. The exclusive X45 technology greatly reduces blank twist during casting, which increases both casting distance and accuracy — useful when you need to cast a controller float beyond a baited area and then work your hook bait back slowly among the free offerings. The forgiving through action makes these rods well suited to taming big carp on scaled-down floater tactics. The blank has a slick matt black finish with understated graphics that match its slim, sleek profile. The 2.25lb model is the all-rounder of the range, aimed at anglers fishing small to medium venues with light controller floats or when freelining. The 3lb model is built for long-range venues with heavy controller floats, or for snaggy swims where the extra backbone is needed to steer fish away from danger. - X45 - HVF High Volume Fibre - V-Joint Alpha - SeaGuide Reel Seat - American Tackle Ti Forged Air butt guide - American Tackle Vortex Air intermediate guides
