The Lee's Swivel Rod Holder Mounting Kit is built around what Lee's calls the ultimate rod holder. Primarily designed for use with bent butt tackle, its swivel base lets the rod butt rotate within the holder when side pressure is applied to the rod tip. That matters most in situations where high drag settings put tremendous force on rod holder pins.
