Description

The Avet SX 6/4 G2 is a two-speed lever drag multiplier reel that gives you the choice of a high retrieve ratio for quickly taking up line, whether that is burning a lure back or keeping pace with a fish running towards you, and a low ratio for applying more leverage when playing powerful fish. The reel is precision machined from 6061 T-6 marine grade aluminium and stainless steel components, then anodised for corrosion resistance and a durable finish. The frame is CNC machined from a single block of alloy, producing a one-piece structure that stays light while remaining strong. A powerful lever drag with adjustable strike pre-set lets you set and control the carbon fibre drag system, while sealed bearings and the patented silent dog and gear anti-reverse keep the reel working under load. The machined offset handle reduces centreline drag and crank wobble, and the reel is supplied with a soft touch handle knob and a matching machined aluminium rod clamp.
