The Penn Tidal Solid Carbon Tip Lowrider is a surfcasting rod from the Penn Tidal Surfcasting Series. It is built on a 30T carbon blank that is strong yet lightweight and responsive, designed for maximum casting distance. The blanks were developed by surfcasting experts across Europe. Each rod is fitted with a Sensitip for registering even the smallest bites, and the solid carbon tip bends incredibly smoothly so that subtle takes in the surf are still visible. The Lowrider-type guides are tangle free and saltwater proof, helping to keep casting trouble-free even in windy conditions. The rod comes with a comfortable shrink-wrap handle and a special casting grip.
