Description

The Shimano Super GT RD is an update to the long-running Super GT, built around Shimano's Fightin' Drag system for quick drag adjustments while playing a fish. It uses an AR-C spool, Aero Wrap II line lay, and a lightweight but durable XT-7 body. A zinc diecast gear and a 4.8:1 gear ratio give the reel its winding power, while three shielded stainless steel ball bearings and a roller bearing keep running smooth. A single machined aluminium handle delivers the winding leverage.
