Century Eliminator T1000 Rod

Description

The Eliminator T1000 is a 14' 10" rod with a 4-7oz casting ratio, designed primarily for flat plane casters but adaptable for high swingers or those who prefer an overhead thump. It handles heavy ground fishing and cuts through kelp, while the tip retains enough give to show bites and prevent hook pulls. Despite the powerful blank, reeling in fish is smooth, as the rod offers strong feedback and transmits the fight clearly, giving anglers full control over boulders, reefs, weed, and strong tidal rips. The rod features a Gearbox Design butt and Autoclave Technology, with a Spread Tow Fabric blank colour. It is finished with Fuji Titanium K guides, tied in red metallic under wraps and jet black with white trims. Marine grade etched stainless steel trim bands sit on the upper and lower butt, and the handle is Japanese shrink rubber (JSR), with a JSR rubber separator grip on the lower tip and upper butt. The top guides include 3M reflective tape. A Century carbon reducer is available as an optional extra. The rod uses a Century and Fuji DPS sliding reel seat, which locks to the blank by tightening the Fuji hood, so no coaster is needed.
