It is suited to general fishing as well as use as a spod reel, with a quick front clutch featuring a grit guard to keep out debris. The reel includes a Pro Cast Lip on the spool, a Twist Free Roller, a Mesh-Tec gearing system, an Anti-Backlash system, rotor line guards, a sprung line clip, and a CNS system.
