Description

The Loop Mygg Jacket 2.0 is a bug jacket built to keep you on the water for longer by protecting you from biting insects. It uses Burlington's No Fly Zone® insect repellent technology, which works in a similar way to the natural insect repellent found in certain chrysanthemum plants. It acts as a contact repellent, affecting the insect's nervous system so it flies away before a bite can occur. The treatment is invisible, odourless and harmless to fabrics, and maintains its effectiveness for 70 home launderings. The carefully designed hood and mesh front let you zip the system closed quickly and easily to protect yourself from midges and mosquitos. The design fits over a cap or hat, and when closed the mesh sits a comfortable distance from your face. A two-way zipper in the neckline allows the hood to be closed around the neck when the hood is down. The tight elastic hem and sleeves provide a comfortable fit that keeps warmth in and insects out. A zippered large chest utility pocket lets you carry essentials and reach them without taking off the insect defence system.
