The HTO Nebula SP is a lure rod with a slightly more progressive action than others in the Nebula range. Its short butt, long tip configuration keeps the blank crisp and responsive, making it well suited to fishing soft plastics from the boat or the shore. The long tip helps maintain a truer, more accurate power curve, so you can cast more efficiently, work lures better and fight fish with optimum performance. The blank blends from a soft but powerful tip into a very powerful butt section, which suits casting soft plastics to distance as well as playing hard-fighting fish, particularly from a boat. The tip is designed to work soft plastic lures both when cast away from you and when fished vertically from a boat, and it performs from the shore too. It is an excellent choice for working soft plastics such as swim baits and jig heads for powerful species including bass, pollack and wrasse.
