The Vision Nahka Michelin Wading Boot is a well-fitting wading boot that provides excellent support for both wading and walking, offering exceptional strength and durability. The upper is crafted from a combination of water-treated nubuck leather, microfiber, and nylon mesh, ensuring a comfortable and breathable experience. The laces start far in front, allowing you to tighten the boot perfectly according to your own foot shape. This, together with the characteristics of leather, makes these one of the most comfortable wading shoes on the market. With triple and double stitched seams, a stitched and glued midsole, and a robust rubber bumper integrated into the outsole, these boots are built to withstand tough conditions and provide long-lasting performance. The specially designed Michelin sole, developed in collaboration with the Michelin tyre manufacturer, offers numerous advantages compared to other rubber soles. The front bumper is seamlessly integrated into the outsole, eliminating the risk of separation. The sole pattern is inspired by the Michelin LTX A/S tire and has been modified for optimal wading performance. The side lugs feature aggressive sculptures, providing enhanced grip on slopes and muddy paths. The middle lugs have wave siping, offering adherence and adaptability on uneven rock surfaces. The front and heel sculptures are designed to withstand wear and tear during extended walks and increase traction when necessary. To tackle extremely slippery and slimy conditions, recessed positions are available for adding Tungsten Carbide studs if desired. The sole's grip increases as pressure is applied, thanks to the soft compound and sipped lugs that adapt to uneven surfaces. As well as providing better traction, this sole enhances the feel while wading. The soft and adaptable outsole, combined with a flexible EVA midsole, allows you to sense what's beneath your boot while still providing ample support, even in challenging fishing conditions.
