The Century Tip Tornado Match Rod is a 13ft 6in (4.12m) beachcaster built with Century's Gearbox Design butt and Autoclave Technology. The blank uses a 2x2 carbon twill, with a 3k-1k carbon lower tip and an unground UD carbon upper tip. It is finished with Fuji KWAG guides (BNHG optional) tied in black and coated in ThreadMaster epoxy, with red metallic trim bands and marine grade etched stainless steel trim bands on the upper and lower butt. The handle is Japanese shrink rubber (JSR), with a JSR rubber separator grip on the lower tip and upper butt, and reflective tape sits between the top two guides.
