The Hardy Averon Cassette Reel continues the line of Hardy cassette reels with a completely redesigned frame, while keeping the trusted CLS locking system and compatibility with existing spools. The new frame improves durability and uses an open-cage design across the 4000 to 7000 sizes, with an enclosed cage on the 9000 size. A robust disc drag system delivers ultra-smooth stopping power, scaled to the size of the reel, and includes a regulator knob for precise adjustment with positive detents.
