Major Craft Seabass Custom Marc Cowling Edition Lure Rod

Description

The Major Craft Seabass Custom Marc Cowling Edition is a lure rod built for bass anglers who want a light, responsive tool that still has power in reserve. It feels remarkably light in the hand, yet bends with a forgiving flexibility when a fish pulls back, making it a serious piece of kit for anyone targeting bass. The blank starts with high modulus carbon from Japanese manufacturer Mitsubishi. Major Craft added 4-axis cloth to the butt section and applied the 45° Bias method throughout, producing a blank with strong torsional rigidity and strength at a very low weight. Fuji Titanium Torzite guides and a Fuji VSS reel seat complete the build, adding to both performance and overall sensitivity. On the water, the rod suits the hard baits that dominate bass fishing, along with smaller metal jigs and soft baits. That spread of lure types makes it a good match for the mixed approach many successful bass anglers fish through the season. - Length: 8'8" - Lure casting weight: 6-32g - Line: 8-14lb / PE: 0.8-1.5 - Action: Fast - Guides: Fuji Torzite Guide ring and K series Titanium frame - Blank: High Modulus Mitsubishi Carbon and 4 Axis Carbon - Grip: Fuji VSS
