The Daiwa Basia F carp rod is built around the renowned Magnum Taper profile, combined with the next generation of torque-busting X45X to produce a blank that Daiwa describes as its best carp rod yet. It is designed and built in the UK using the latest design and material technology, and the near-skeletal TDG guides keep weight down and response sharp. An Alps ARD reel seat with a double locking screw holds the reel securely.
