The Daiwa Air Z AGS Feeder Rod uses X45X torque-busting technology, which aids casting accuracy and converts more of the rod's energy into the cast. The blank combines High Volume Fibre with nano-scale reinforcements throughout the resin, producing a level of strength and performance that has to be felt to be believed. Daiwa's exclusive AGS carbon guides are used throughout. They weigh around 70% less than equivalent metal guides, which delivers two benefits: ultra-light handling and super-quick recovery. The handle is where the rod's design is most striking. The ALPS Air Pad reel seat is skeletal, light and refined, giving a secure, comfortable grip in the hand. Below it, the AIR logo is crafted into a section of Duplon, which meets one of Daiwa's slimmest ever Armlock profiles in cork.
