The Loop Z1 Double Hand Fly Rod is the successor to the Cross series, developed over several years of design, testing and refinement with the aim of combining quality and value in a double hand fly rod. It is considerably lighter and stronger than its predecessor thanks to nano resin technology, and each rod in the Z series is built from 40-45 ton nano graphene carbon fibre, giving a smooth, powerful action. The Z1 offers supreme distance and accuracy in a medium fast action and is available in a range of models to suit different occasions and preferences. Each rod features a high grade cork handle, a lightweight reel seat, ceramic lined titanium stripping guides and titanium plated stainless steel snake guides. Model specifics: - 6130 – When presentation is important but you still need a little distance. A good choice for the summer months on larger rivers and suited to many of Scotland's northern rivers. - 7124 – The standard length for a #7 weight for most Atlantic salmon fishing. Perfect for small to medium sized rivers, the standard for the Northern Rivers. - 8132 – The go-to model for most Scottish fishing past April, this rod will do almost anything you need from it. - 9140 – The classic length. If you are fishing larger rivers or looking for one rod to do everything, this is the recommended option. Sinking or floating lines, this rod does it all. - 9126 – For smaller rivers, spring and autumn fishing, or when you are likely to come across bigger fish.
