Description

The Matrix XR Duralite Platform is a fixed bankside fishing stage built from lightweight aluminium, designed to give match and coarse anglers a stable, level base on uneven, soft, or steep margins. At under 10kg, it is manageable to carry and position, yet the 36mm legs and non-slip XR36 leg block fixings create a rock-solid, wobble-free foundation for large seatbox setups. The frame includes six molded grip plates that hold a seatbox securely in position, along with machined drainage holes running along the main extrusions. These ports let water enter the hollow frame sections when the platform is submerged, adding ballast weight to anchor it further. Integrated spirit levels on the front and rear extrusions, heavy-duty legs with threaded stainless steel top inserts, and a dedicated leg storage bag complete the package. When fishing shallow or margin swims, submerging the front edge slightly lets the machined drainage holes fill the internal hollows with water, significantly increasing the down-force weight and locking the 36mm mud feet into the lakebed for stability when standing to net fish. The XR Duralite frame geometry also allows this fixed platform to be upgraded into a manual or powered barrow using the XR Duralite wheel and handle accessories.
