Gardner Tackle has a long history of manufacturing spods, from the first commercially available spod, the Bait Rocket, through the Pocket Rocket range to the Particle Bullets. The Bait Shuttle Mini draws on established design features from that range, combining them with a modern design so you can spod a variety of baits to your chosen mark without swapping spods. The Bait Shuttle Mini is designed to cast accurately, with an aerodynamic shape that flies straight and true and copes well with cross winds. Its modular design lets you remove the flush fitting, removable sleeve and convert it to work with a wide range of baits, including boilies, particles, maggots and even sloppy groundbaits — simply unscrew the detachable nose cone and pull the insert from the body. The harness is made from hard wearing yet flexible nylon cord, so it will not get in the way when you are filling the Bait Shuttle. The materials, shape and harness length have all been optimised during testing for smooth retrieval (best without the insert in place), and the high visibility buoyant nose cone aids accuracy by keeping the loaded spod well balanced and floating nose up, dropping its payload exactly where you want it. - Mini Bait Shuttle: 135mm long - Bait Shuttle: 170mm long
