Description
The Korda Skyliner Spod MKII is a bait rocket that combines the best features of modern spod design, developed through thousands of hours of use by Team Korda. The MKII revision changed the body colour from black to a carpy green and removed the front flights nearest the nose cone, so the spod's flight is less affected by cross winds. All spods in the range now come with detachable tails, which are stiff to assist casting performance and make filling with bait much easier. The combined design features give you a spod that: - Casts further than anything in its class - Loses very little feed out of the back - Is less affected by cross winds - Dumps the load quickly - Is easily seen at any distance - Retrieves so smoothly it feels like it is not there A unique hole configuration lets the spod glide along the surface with virtually no resistance. Filling is straightforward: a mix of particles such as hemp and partiblend with some pellets and small or broken boilies works well. The pellets break down to form a stodgy mix, which creates a cloud effect in the water and stops any spillage out of the back of the spod in flight. For casting, use a fairly long drop to get the rod working for you. The ideal drop would see the spod around level with the spigot of the rod if the rod were dead upright.
