The Penn Regiment IV Bass spinning rod is built on a 30-ton carbon blank using SLS3 technology, which keeps the blank light and slim while retaining considerable strength. It is designed to work with both braided and mono lines and is fitted with SeaGuide guides. The blank suits a wide range of lure fishing. Its sensitive tip section gives clear bite detection and helps launch smaller lures, while the power stored in the mid and butt sections provides the authority to set a hook firmly and stop a big bass.
