Penn Battalion Solid Electric Straight Butt

Description

The PENN Battalion Solid Deep Drop rods are built for deep drop fishing, designed to give you the upper hand when targeting fish in the deepest parts of the ocean. At the core of each rod is PENN's Solid Spiral Armor blank technology, which delivers power with a smooth, progressive bend, making these rods a natural match for deep drop fishing with PENN Fathom Electric reels. Solid Spiral Armor is unique to PENN and provides strength while keeping weight to a minimum. Heavy duty DPS reel seats and a long handle suit the rods to fishing with PENN Fathom Electric reels, while saltwater resistant Seaguide guides help the rod stand up to repeated use. The range is available in straight butt and bend butt options, in two lengths (2.10m and 2.29m), with drop weights varying from 500-1000g to 800-1500g.
