Description

Westin W6 8 Braid is an eight-carrier braided line built for all-round lure fishing. It uses premium grade Japanese UHMPE (Ultra High Molecular Polyethylene) fibres, chosen for their strength and performance, and is constructed with a weave Westin calls "Advanced High PIC". At 36 PIC (weaves per inch) across eight braid carriers, this construction produces a stronger line for its diameter, while the tighter weave gives a smoother surface for longer, more accurate casts. Casting is further helped by a Dura-Coating gel process, which leaves the braid with a smoother, hydrophobic surface that reduces water absorption and lowers friction.
