The Daiwa N'Zon X8 Feeder Braid is a braided main line built specifically for modern feeder fishing. Supplied on a 150-metre spool, it is aimed at match and coarse anglers who need high sensitivity and strength when fishing at long range on commercials and natural venues. The line uses a tight, 8-strand weave of Japanese IZANAS PE fibre, a material known for its strength-to-diameter ratio and durability. As a feeder braid it has a slightly higher specific gravity than standard braids, which helps it sink and reduces line bow in the current. Its construction gives it several practical characteristics for feeder work. The near-zero stretch delivers immediate feedback from the rig, so subtle taps and fine rod tip movements are transmitted clearly for precise bite detection. The tight, round-braided profile and IZANAS fibre provide high abrasion resistance, making the line reliable over gravel, mussel beds and other abrasive underwater snags. A silicone treatment smooths the round profile to reduce friction as the line leaves the reel and passes through the guides, helping with casting distance and quieter line travel.
