Savage Gear Alpha SG2 Swimbait Baitcast Rod

Description

The Savage Gear Alpha SG2 Swimbait BC is an extreme-duty baitcasting rod built for anglers targeting monster fish with the largest swimbaits. Its two-piece design gives a solid, reliable feel along with the immense power needed to handle the biggest, most aggressive predators. The rod is built on a reinforced 24+30T high modulus carbon blank with a combination of fast action and a powerful, progressive backbone. The fast action tip allows for precise lure control and lets you work big swimbaits accurately, while the strong backbone ensures a solid hookset even with tough, bony jaws. It is designed to cope with hard strikes and the massive pressure of fighting truly monstrous fish. SeaGuide CCS stainless steel guides with SiN rings provide smooth, low-friction casting, helping maximise distance with heavy lures. The double-lock reel seat gives a strong, stable connection, and the included Competition Ready-To-Fish rod bag offers a convenient, protective way to transport the rod. - Model: Savage Gear Alpha SG2 Swimbait BC - Length: 2.46m (8'1") - Casting Weight: 100-250g - Action: Fast with Powerful Progressive Backbone - Pieces: 2 - Blank Material: 24+30T High Modulus Carbon (Reinforced) - Guides: SeaGuide CCS Stainless Steel with SiN Rings - Reel Seat: Double Lock - Included: Competition Ready-To-Fish Rod Bag
