Description

The Daiwa N'Zon LT Feeder Reel is a spinning reel developed specifically for feeder and match fishing. It incorporates Daiwa's AIRDRIVE Design, which is intended to deliver high retrieval power and smooth operation. The LT in the name stands for Light and Tough, reflecting a design philosophy that balances reduced weight with increased strength and durability. The reel is engineered for handling heavy loads and is suited to short to medium-distance feeder work. The AIRDRIVE Design brings together several features aimed at improving the fishing experience: - AIRDRIVE Rotor and Bail Arm: the newly designed rotor and bail arm reduce the risk of line entanglement in the bail area, which is an advantage in windy conditions or when using thin lines. - Tough Digigear: the TOUGH DIGIGEAR system uses extra-large gear teeth to provide smooth operation and optimal power transmission under load, making it easier to retrieve heavy rigs and large feeders. - ABS LC Long Cast Spool: the ABS Aluminium Long Cast Spool has an optimised casting edge that minimises friction during the cast, resulting in longer casting distances and better line management. - ATD Type-L Drag System: the updated ATD Type-L drag starts up more smoothly than the previous ATD system, eliminating high initial resistance and releasing the set drag force immediately, which suits fine lines and the critical phases of fighting a large fish. - HIP Line Clip: a soft HIP (High Impact) line clip that is gentle on mono or braid while providing precise distance control for consistently hitting the target spot. - Low Ratio for Power: despite the low gear ratio, the wide spool design allows significant line retrieval per crank, which helps extend the lifespan of the gear unit as it is not over-stressed when winding in heavy rigs quickly. - Handle: an Aluminium One-Touch Folding Handle makes breaking down and setting up the rod quick and easy, and the knob is a T-Shape design for a comfortable grip.
