Drennan Barbless Wide Gape Pellet

Description

The Drennan Barbless Wide Gape Pellet hook is designed specifically for commercial fisheries, offering a reliable solution for anglers targeting carp, F1s, and tench. This barbless, spade end hook is particularly effective when fishing with soft pellets, but also performs well with other baits such as sweetcorn, maggots, or bread punch. Its design prioritises strength, hooking efficiency, and secure hold for hard-fighting fish commonly found in these venues. The hook features a wide gape and a long point, engineered to improve hooking properties and maximise hooking percentage by ensuring the point remains clear and finds a secure hold quickly. Each hook is forged for additional strength, providing robust performance despite a lightweight appearance.
