Description
The Gardner Covert Spin Doctor is a dedicated tool designed to efficiently remove line twist from your fishing mainline, helping to maintain optimal line performance and prevent common angling frustrations. Line twist can accumulate from using a reel's clutch, baitrunner mechanism, or even during initial spooling, leading to weakened line, tangles, and casting issues. This innovative device is engineered to rotate anti-clockwise during retrieve, effectively counteracting the twists imparted by most fixed spool reels. To use, simply tie the Spin Doctor directly to your mainline, without the need for a swivel, cast it out, and reel it back in. Usually, three casts are sufficient to clear the line of twists.
