Description

The Fox Mini Micron X Alarm is a compact bite alarm designed for carp and specimen anglers who want reliable bite detection in a small package. It is available as a single unit or as a set of 2+1 or 3+1, and includes receiver technology so you can pair it with a compatible receiver for remote indication. The alarm uses a D-Tec Sensing System with roller wheel technology to deliver clear, consistent bite detection, while a cone speaker provides crisp sound. The alarm offers a range of adjustable controls. A volume control button provides seven levels, a tone control button offers four settings, and a sensitivity control button has four different settings. It also features a drop back differential to help distinguish between drop-back bites and normal takes. Two 5mm High Vis multi-coloured LEDs (Green, Blue, Red, and Orange) give visual indication, with adjustable brightness. The LED brightness is adjusted by holding down the volume button and pressing the tone button. A low battery warning is included, and batteries are too low when the LEDs automatically begin to flash red every 2 seconds. The unit is built with practical features for fishing. Rubber inlays protect your rod and hold it in place on savage bites, while a knurled locking collar secures the alarm to the rod. An on/off toggle switch controls power, and a power out socket (2.5mm) allows connection to illuminated bite indicators such as the Fox Illuminated Swinger.
