Description

The Wychwood Tactical Walled Mat is an unhooking mat system engineered to provide maximum fish protection during unhooking and photography, offering anglers complete peace of mind. Its design features raised sides, which help to contain fish safely within the mat. Constructed from fish-friendly materials, the mat is also easy to clean. It incorporates an excessive thickness of 60mm high-density foam, which cushions fish from hard bankside ground and helps to absorb their movements. A key feature of this versatile mat is its removable inner section, which can be detached and used separately as a lighter stalking-style mat when reduced weight and space are prioritised. The mat's overall design makes it suitable for both long session angling and mobile fishing, including stalking, catering to a range of carp and specialist anglers. When not in use, it packs down into a compact and easy-to-carry item.
