Description

The Nash Helicopter Top Bead Naked is a highly effective top release bead engineered for use with chod and helicopter rigs, particularly for "naked" presentations directly on the main line without leadcore or leaders. This design ensures secure positioning of hooklinks during casting, even for long distances, while prioritising fish safety in the event of a line breakage. Key features of the Nash Helicopter Top Bead Naked include: - Tungsten impregnation for increased density, helping to pin down the rig and improve concealment on the lakebed. - A central stop bead that slides from its wire mount, securely gripping monofilament and braided main lines. - Compatibility with main line diameters ranging from 0.28mm to 0.40mm. - A controlled pressure release mechanism, allowing the bead to slide from the tapered central stop to free the hooklink if the main line breaks. - Reusability, enabling anglers to thread the bead onto a Nash Maggot Needle for transfer to a new setup. This safety bead helps prevent carp from trailing end tackle after a line break, contributing to responsible angling practices. Its dense construction and subtle presentation make it a valuable component for modern carp fishing rigs where concealment and safety are paramount.
