The slot in the lead allows fast swapping between different sizes, and doubles as a groove to locate and protect your leader when fishing an inline drop-off system. Your main line passes through the centre of the lead via a removable plastic insert. A cut-out recess is ideal for squeezing in boilie paste for extra attraction.
