Preston Supera X Power Float Rods

Description

The Preston Supera X Power Float Rod is built for demanding coarse fishing situations. With an 8-18g casting weight, it suits slider fishing at distance as well as battling hard-fighting fish such as chub and barbel in flowing water. The rod uses a high modulus carbon fibre blank that is super slim, keeping it lightweight and comfortable for all-day fishing, particularly when trotting on rivers. X Wrap Technology increases blank strength, providing the power needed to land bigger fish like barbel or carp. A screw down reel seat allows use with a variety of reels, while the Duplon/Cork handle features a flat butt design that sits comfortably against the arm when playing fish. A hook keeper ring keeps rigs hooked up when the rod is not in use, preventing tangles or snagging on undergrowth. Subtle Preston Supera X graphics finish the rod, which is suited to fishing lines from 3-8lb. - Casting weight: 8-18g - Line rating: 3-8lb - High modulus carbon fibre blank - X Wrap Technology - Screw down reel seat - Duplon/Cork handle with flat butt design - Hook keeper ring
