The Drennan Vertex MK2 Float Rod is an exceptionally lightweight and well-balanced float rod, available in 13ft and 14ft models. Both versions feature a crisp, fast tip action that improves striking and provides superb line management and float control. They are excellent for bagging up with small silverfish, while retaining excellent reserves of power for catching bigger chub, F1s, and carp on the waggler. Optimum reel lines are around 3lb to 6lb, and both rods are capable of distance casting floats to 10g and above.
