The Ridge Monkey Grilla CookStation is a portable gas cooking unit designed for outdoor use, available as either a single or double hob version. It folds down flat for storage and transport, and opens up on folding legs with rubber feet to sit securely on a tabletop, bench, or shelf without damaging delicate surfaces. A simple interface uses a straightforward ignition button and gas control knob, letting you finely adjust the flame size and temperature for precise cooking. A pre-heat pipe wraps around the burner to improve efficiency in low temperatures by optimising gas vaporisation, and it can be paired with the EcoPower USB Heated Gas Canister Cover (sold separately) to warm the gas for better fuel economy in cold conditions. A rubber-capped pan support holds cookware securely in position over an easy-to-clean recessed drip pan, while dual rubber-gripped side handles let you move the unit safely while it is in use and slide out or tuck away when not needed. An optional side table slots onto either end of the CookStation to provide a robust, flat extended surface for storage or food preparation.
