The Korum KSi8 Remote Alarm Set is a complete bite alarm system that comes with custom-fit covers for each alarm and a storage EVA case. The KSi8 Bite Alarm offers eight sensitivity, tone, and volume options, allowing you to fine-tune bite indication for different species and methods. Its compact soft-touch outer design with a deep U rest provides secure rod placement, while the adjustable 3/8 screw thread and O Ring make it easy to line up alarms on buzz bars or rod pods. The high-output speaker features a rain-hood design, and the latching LED shows both forward runs and drop backs. A low battery warning is included. The indicator takes 2 x AAA batteries, which are not included. The LED is blue. The user guide explains the controls. The Power/V button toggles volume with a short press and turns the alarm on and off with a 3-second press. The T/S button controls tone and sensitivity: a short press toggles through tone settings, and a 3-second press toggles through sensitivity settings, with one bleep being the most sensitive and six bleeps the least. To pair alarms with the receiver, turn on both the receiver and alarm, then press and hold both buttons on the receiver and engage the bite indicator until the matching LED lights come on.
