The ESP Quickdraw Brolly and Mozzy Drape is a quick-to-set-up oval shelter available in 52" and 58" sizes. It provides ample coverage for a bedchair and kit while giving the angler good visibility of the water. The brolly features a dark olive green 210d cover with a 5,000mm hydrostatic head, and the inner surface has a lightproof laminate to minimise sunlight ingress. The frame uses ultra strong and sturdy 8.5mm fibreglass ribs with a space saving locking mechanism that maximises headroom even when the brolly is set low. Three pegging points on the storm sides allow the brolly to be set at different heights depending on preference, uneven ground, or inclement weather. Minimal bulk means it fits in many quivers and rod bags. The 52" version suits anglers wanting a compact shelter, perfect for bedchairs up to 2m in length. Its longest ribs are 52" (132cm), which is also the packdown length, and it complements 10' Quickdraw rods with their 50" retracted length. The 58" version is 12" wider with longer front ribs, accommodating longer and wider bedchairs, and its storm sides are slightly longer so it can be set higher for extra headroom. Packdown length is 58" (147cm). The mini detachable groundsheet protects rucksacks and carryalls from rising damp. Four lightweight storm poles, shorter for the side and longer for the front ribs, have augered points and a cam lock mechanism for stable support. The Mozzy Drape has a unique design. It attaches to the front of the brolly using toggles through the eyelets and is pegged at each side. An elastic cord running the length of the mesh can be tightened for a snug fit, and the fine mesh hangs down with small weights around the bottom edge. It offers protection from biting insects on warm summer nights and is easy to enter and exit by lifting the mesh and dropping it down behind you. There are no zips or magnets that could remain open after a hasty exit when playing a fish, so insects cannot fly inside.
