The Vass Team Vass 220 Winter Smock in Grey/Black is a waterproof, windproof fishing smock built around Vass-Tex 220 fabric, rated to a 12,000mm hydrostatic head. It uses Rapid Dissipate Technology (RDT) to help move internal body moisture away, and the outer fabric is quick drying, so it does not hold water during prolonged wet conditions and stays lightweight as water simply runs off. No reproofing is needed to retain its waterproof performance, and the garment uses no chemical PTFE repellent finish, meaning no PTFE chemical leakage into the environment or water. The material is lightweight and flexible, with all-directional stretch to minimise restriction during active fishing, and welded seams add strength, waterproofness, and reliability.
