The ECU Original MK1 Compacts Remote Bite Alarm 3 Rod Set is a three-rod carp fishing bite alarm system from Edward Custom Upgrades, presented as a complete set with a remote receiver and a presentation box. The alarms feature a solid build and are designed to be easy to programme, with carp angler friendly features. A notable design element is the anti line skip roller, which helps prevent line from skipping over the wheel and failing to register a take, making the alarms well suited to slack line fishing and use with ultra light bobbins. The system includes intelligent false bite sensing when used with the receiver. If the roller wheel on an alarm speeds up, the remote receiver automatically kicks in to maximum sensitivity, even if the alarm is set at a minimal sensitivity level to reduce false beeps from line bites or floating weed. Each alarm has a latching LED and a run LED, plus a twin 8 magnet roller wheel that is ultra sensitive for slack line fishing. The alarms offer 10 volume settings, 16 tone settings, 5 sensitivity settings, and a 4-setting LED dimmer. The storm ears are height adjustable and fully removable. The set comes with a presentation box, batteries, chunky and slimline stainless alarm thread washers, a lanyard with carabiner clip, and rubber O rings for true alignment. Both the receiver and each alarm take one PP3 9-volt battery and feature a stainless on/off toggle switch. Each alarm has a central isotope slot and vertical isotope slots either side of where the rod sits.
