The Korda Krank has become synonymous with carp fishing since Tom Dove first came up with the concept in 2014, showcased worldwide in shows like Monster Carp and numerous Masterclass and Thinking Tackle films. The Krank X is now available in the Essentials range. The Krank's unique shape features a very wide gape with a short, curved shank. The key difference with this hook, however, is the offset point, which massively increases hooking potential. Used almost exclusively by Tom and Spooner on their Spinner Rigs, this hook has accounted for huge numbers of their captures in recent years. Manufactured using Korda's 'X' gauge wire, this version of the Krank X is extremely strong and durable, complemented by an unobtrusive black nickel finish.
