Westin W10 Finesse-T T&C 2nd

Description

The Westin W10 Finesse-T T&C 2nd is a finesse rod built around trigger-grip baitcasting reels rather than fixed-spool reels. Its fast blank stays powerful enough to finish the job, and it is handcrafted with X5 carbon layer technology on a Torayca® T1100G+M46X+'Nanoalloy® 55Ton' blank. It suits soft lures, small crankbaits, and Texas and Carolina rigs fished along the bottom for perch and other predators. The 'Finesse-T' version is designed for baitcasting reels, while the standard Finesse T&C is built for fixed-spool reels; casting performance and specifications are otherwise closely matched. Westin recommend the W6 50BC or 100BC baitcasters as a partner for this rod. - Length: 7'3" | Sections: 2 | Power: M (Medium) | Casting range: 7-21g - Handle: G-hyper neo carbon + cork handle - Reel seat: Fuji® TCH carbon-fibre reinforced plastic, high strength and ultra-light - Hood: 360° custom-designed screw-down with high-strength aluminium - Guides: Tangle-free Fuji® Titanium Torzite® K guides - Blank: Torayca® T1100G+M46X+'Nanoalloy® 55Ton' carbon blank - Joint: 4-axial and 1K carbon-reinforced spigot joint - Hook-keeper: Seaguide® Stainless DHOOK - Case: Round Cordura tube with matching rod bag included - Extras: Individually strength tested, unique serial number on each rod Where to use it: - Texas and Carolina rigging along the bottom for perch - Casting soft lures and small crankbaits - Anglers wanting a baitcaster-friendly finesse setup - Predator fishing needing precise bite feel with backbone in reserve It is rated for 7-21g, the same as the standard M-power Finesse T&C, and is aimed primarily at perch and other predators taken on soft lures and Texas and Carolina rigs.
