Sufix 131 G-Core X13 Braid in Green is a 13-fibre superline built around a central core of GORE Performance Fiber, with 12 HMPE fibres braided around it. That solid core removes the hollow centre found in most braids, producing a rounder, more consistent line. The round profile reduces resistance in the water on the retrieve and cuts the abrasion caused by rod guides and underwater obstacles, while the GORE core prevents internal fraying for greater durability. A rounder line also casts farther, more quietly and more accurately, and because the cancelled centre hole does not let water in, the line stays lighter and casts longer.
