RIO AFS Shooting Head Kit

Description

RIO's AFS Shooting Head Kit is built around the AFS (Advanced Flight Spey) floating head, a long tapered Scandinavian design that loads easily and produces tight loops for long, effortless casts with strong presentation. The long, fine front taper helps the loop unroll cleanly, while the printed ID system makes each line easy to recognise. The rear easy ID loop attaches to the shooting line, and the head performs best when paired with VersiLeaders or tapered leaders. Included in the kit: - RIO AFS Floating Head - Set of 3 RIO 10' Versi-Leaders (Intermediate, Medium Sink and Fast Sink) - RIO Metered Running Line Features: - EasyID printed line marking system that allows anglers to quickly and easily identify each line - Front welded loop, a neat, bulletproof loop welded at the front of the fly line for fast rigging - Back welded loop, a neat, bulletproof loop welded at the end of the fly line for fast rigging to backing Many of the original AFS models have been upgraded to ConnectCore and moved to the Scandi range, but the floating AFS heads and the AFS kit remain available.
